| Dexter Sport Science offers products from a wide range of leading brands, including its own private label brand Powerstar®. We provide products that promote optimal health. Currently we offer a complete line of vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathic formulas, and sports supplements. Our products come from top manufacturers whom we’ve chosen because of their commitment to quality, effectiveness and safety.
Unfortunately. manufacturers and suppliers increase prices from time to time. When this occurs our prices may change without prior notice.

| WE KEEP YOUR SHIPPING COSTS TO A MINIMUM |
We ship all orders via FedEx Ground or USPS.
FedEx Ground will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please provide a street address.
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of our receipt.
Shipping & handling within the Continental United States*
$6.95 per order under 10 lbs
$9.95 per order from 10 lbs to 20lbs
The calculated shipping cost will appear in the shopping cart and in the final order page.
Discounts are applied to 2 or more purchases of the same item. Orders totaling over $124.99 and under 10lbs receive free shipping and handling in addition to a 5% discount on the single items. Fedex Orders in the continental U.S. only. We will send confirmation of shipment along with a tracking number to the email address provided on your order form.
*Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment all Priority Mail packages will be sent with a Delivery Confirmation number to the email address provided on your order form.
For orders weighing over 20lbs, Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated based on weight. View Shipping Rates

| SEARCH TIPS |
| If you know what you’re looking for, the easiest way to find it will be searching in the Company section by selecting “Products” then “company” and make your selections based on the Manufacturing Company (ex. POWERSTAR). You can also go to the Category section, in the same manner, to view all of the products available in that category (ex. WHEY PROTEIN)
When you find products that interest you, detailed information about most products is just a click away by using the “MORE INFO” button then selecting “Complete Description” where available. We make every attempt to provide the most accurate and up to date product label information, however, we are not responsible for typographical errors or modifications to the product formulas. Please check the product label for the most up to date product information. If you notice a change in a product label that has not been changed on our website, please let us know by contacting our Webmaster.

| SHOPPING CART |
| To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the “Add to cart” button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout procedure.If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in the shopping cart, just click on the plus + or minus – button and the page will update and save the new quantity.
Once you’ve decided on everything you want to purchase and placed each item in the shopping cart, click on “go to checkout” to send us your order. You’ll then enter billing and shipping addresses, as well as selecting the method of shipping. The cost of both methods will appear at the bottom of the window. Fedex ground is the standard and most cost effective method of shipping. You can also opt to have our site “remember your billing information” to save time on your next order. Then click the “continue” button and enter your credit card information or another payment method.
Select the “Purchase Online” button. Please click the button only once to avoid duplication of your order.
Print the next page as your receipt and return to the shopping pages if you wish.
We’ll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation via email if you have provided us with your email address. It is important that you correctly enter your email address when placing your order.

| BACK ORDERS |
We make every attempt to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, there will be times when we must await product availability from the manufacturer. If this happens, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available. In the event of the back order delay exceeding 3 business days, we will ship the in stock items and ship the back ordered items when they become available. You will only be billed for items that have been shipped.
Any order placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping business days are Monday through Friday.

| RETURN POLICY |
| Every item we offer reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, simply return the unused portion with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from date of purchase for a prompt refund or credit, less shipping. |
